All of our Club Managers have completed a 12 hour Paediatric first aid course.
All members of staff have completed a basic first aid course.
All of our staff are recruited using Safer Recruitment Protocols.
All staff are subject to an Enhanced DBS check.
All staff undergo our bespoke 'Discover and Play Club' training as well as First Aid, Safeguarding, Health and Safety and other training relevant to their roles and responsibilities.
All visitors have their ID checked and are required to provide their own insurance and sight of their enhanced DBS.
Our clubs hold appropriate insurance policies with Morton Michel insurance, an expert in the childcare sector.
All staff undergo Safeguarding training appropriate to their level of responsibility.

A password will be required on collection of your child. This forms part of our Safeguarding policy.
Our club managers and deputy managers have completed a Level 2 Food Hygiene training to ensure that all snacks and food is prepared in a safe environment.
We have an experienced team who are used to working with children. All staff complete appropriate training relevant to their role at the club.
